1. Return Conditions

Sample Orders:
For customers purchasing samples, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with intact packaging. -
Bulk Orders:
As bulk orders usually involve customization and large-volume purchases, returns are not accepted unless there is a quality issue with the product.
2. Return Process

Please contact our customer service team via email within the specified period, providing your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant images. -
Approval:
We will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the decision via email. -
Return Instructions:
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Please ship the product back within 5 days of receiving these instructions.
3. Shipping Costs

Sample Orders:
If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping fees. -
Bulk Orders:
For returns due to product quality issues, please contact us to negotiate a specific solution.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and verify that the returned product meets the conditions, we will process the refund through the original payment method within 5 business days.
5. Special Notes
Please contact our customer service team before initiating any returns, as unauthorized returns may not be processed. Additionally, customized products and special orders are not covered under this return policy.
